In addition, you may eat 120 grams of lean meat (veal, lamb, beef, chicken). You should diversify your lunch with some fresh fruit rich in vitamins, for example, orange, kiwi or mango. During a break between lunch and dinner should drink cold water, various concoctions of herbs or weak tea.

Your dinner should consist of salad, which consists of fresh, raw vegetables and fruit that you should fill with vegetable oil, although the best to use olive oil and lemon juice. Then you can either eat 50-60 grams of ham, or 100 grams of well cooked fish.

If you do not like fish and ham, you can replace it with two small boiled potatoes or one boiled egg. At the end of the meal you should eat 150g of cottage cheese or a glass of yogurt and a spoonful of honey. After dinner you can drink a fruit compote made from pears, pineapples or apples.
