Lunch: vegetable soup, 100 grams of cucumber salad with 1 tsp. of olive oil, 100 g of boiled rice, 150 grams of stewed mushrooms.
Dinner: vegetable soup, 100 grams of cooked rice and 150 grams of broccoli.
