The Rice Diet

There is nothing surprising in the fact that rice is the basis of many diets for weight reduction, as well as an indispensable element in all kinds of cleaning methods.

There are a lot of rice diets. One of the most strict diets: boil one cup of rice without salt and eat it in small portions throughout the day, washed down with apple juice. If you have this produces agonizing hunger, then during the day you can eat for another 2-3 green apples. The duration of such a diet should not exceed 3 days. The frequency of repetitions – no more than 1 times in 1 month. If you wish, you can make a one-day version of this diet and repeat it 1 times in 1 week.

If such a diet seems difficult to you, you can use another modification of the rice diet.

For a lightweight version of taking the large number of rice – not less than 500 grams per day. Cook with the addition of meat (lean), fish, vegetables, etc. (In accordance with the recipes and your taste). Such recipes can invent a lot. There is only one “but”. The total number of supplements should not exceed 200 grams per day. You can eat about 500 grams of different fruits a day (in small doses in between meals). Be sure to drink plenty of liquids (such as fruit juices, better apple, unsweetened tea, mineral water without gas). This kind of rice diet can be followed for 7-8 days. The frequency of repetition – not more than 1 time in 2 months.

The phrase “rice diet” is also called the purification of the body with the help of rice, which, in fact, can not be called a diet. Produced such a treatment as follows: for 14 days every day in the morning on an empty stomach, we should eat 2 tablespoons of rice, cooked in a certain way (about this – later).
