All foods in the diet are classified depending on what day they are going to be eaten.
Green day "free foods" include fruit, vegetables, pulses, pasta, eggs, beans, grains, tofu, and rice. Green day "healthy extras" include bread, milk, dried fruit, nuts and seeds, cheese, fish and meat.
