Summer is the perfect time for a diet, as there are fresh vegetables, which means it’s time to start a summer diet. This summer diet based on vegetables, about fruit almost forget! In the summer diet of bananas should be avoided, sweet grapes and black currants (high sugar content). Summer diet includes the mandatory use of dairy products. One condition: their fat content should not exceed 1,5%. From drinks desirable to give preference to mineral water without gas, and green tea.
Summer diet helps maintain skin elasticity, reduction of cellulite, makes flat stomach and waist – fine. The necessary condition for the summer diet - a break for 10 days every 2 weeks. Of course, should not be in the 10-day break to eat all you want, but to diversify the menu is required – for good reason medical experts say that to maintain the body in the form to ensure intake of all essential vitamins and trace elements.
Sample diet:
The first five days of diet, weekdays.
Breakfast. 125 grams of cottage cheese, 2 toast or crackers, a spoon of honey, green tea without sugar.
Lunch. Vegetarian Soup (for water, but not in meat broth). Boiled beef, veal or turkey – 120 grams. For garnish – tomatoes, boiled green peas, stewed Bulgarian pepper or roasted zucchini with dill.
Dinner. Dietary yogurt with fruit (apples, cherries, peaches). Toast or 1-2 crackers with cheese (no oil). Green tea.
In between meals – green vegetables (cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper, lettuce), mineral water.
Sixth and seventh days of summer diet (weekends).
Breakfast. Cheese casserole or cheese cakes with sour cream. Green tea without sugar.
Lunch. Minestrone soup (the recipe for this classic soup is to use chicken broth, it should be replaced with water) or hot chili with beans (a thick soup of potatoes, beans, tomatoes and chili pepper). Bulgarian Stuffed peppers or stuffed zucchini – without garnish. Green tea.
Dinner. Fresh vegetable salad with olive oil. Fresh vegetable juice, diluted one to one with water.
Second week to eat in the same way. Then – a 10-day break, during which you will be able to afford fruits, juices, ice cream, seafood.
Always remember that in the preparation of vegetables there are little tricks that will save the maximum amount of vitamins and, hence, to make your food as useful.
Boil vegetables in enamel, not aluminum cookware, as it quickly destroys vitamin C. When you start cooking, pour the products have hot water – this reduces the loss of valuable nutrients.
If you cook with pleasure, eat with gusto and not to focus on the largest portion (on hot days is a low-calorie diet tolerated easily), a diet will produce an immediate effect!
