If not yet, then it makes sense to talk about an infinite set of consumption pluses so tasty and healthy product like strawberries. Everyone knows that vitamin C is needed for the body. But not many know that it is responsible for our activity and energy. The leader in content in its composition of this vitamin is a currant, and in second place – strawberries! But folic acid in strawberries contains more than in any other berries. Just strawberries – a great antiseptic, cosmetic and restorative remedy for the gums. Strawberry helps us to remain always in shape and improves mood, as it possesses antistress properties. Thanks to the strawberries, the body’s metabolism returns to normal and normalizes blood pressure. And this is not an exhaustive list! Choosing the strawberry diet, you should know that with it you can lose 4.3 pounds in four days.

Menu Strawberry Diet:

Menu Strawberry Diet  – The first day.

For breakfast, prepare yourself salad vegetables. We take 250 grams of strawberries, wash, cut slices. Half an apple cut into cubes in a salad, and half a banana – sliced. All of this mix with one teaspoon of honey and 50 grams of natural unsweetened yogurt.

Between breakfast and lunch, we are often hungry. To make the food useful, prepare a kind of strawberry milk shake.

100 grams of berry puree pour 100 ml low-fat milk, put 1 / 2 teaspoon of honey, then add non-carbonated mineral water 50 ml. Mix and enjoy.

For dinner prepare an easy salad. This will require:

150 gr. Strawberry

1 slice turkey breast

100 gr. cucumbers

300 gr. Asparagus

10 gr. parsley

20g. nuts

1 tablespoon lemon juice

6 teaspoons broth

one teaspoon olive oil

Clean asparagus, cut into pieces, boil until cooked. Strawberries washed, cut. Cut slices of cucumbers, strips – turkey. All the ingredients pour sauce of lemon juice and six tablespoons of broth, olive oil. Sprinkle nuts to taste. Salad is ready.

At lunch you can eat strawberry yogurt. To make it is very simple. Mix natural unsweetened yogurt, strawberries, 1/2spoon of honey, add the corn flakes.

For dinner, prepare the salad. To cook it you’ll need: potatoes, onions, strawberries, celery, yogurt, nonfat cottage cheese, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, salt. Boil potatoes in their skins. Chop and mix the strawberries, onions, celery, cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, parsley. Pepper and Solimena. Potatoes are served with cream.

Menu Strawberry Diet  – Second day.

For breakfast, cottage cheese butters the bread, then top placing strawberries. Bread should be wholemeal, cottage cheese with 2% fat.

Before dinner you can drink a cocktail mixture of strawberry puree, yogurt, juice from pineapple.

Dinner crepes with strawberry.

For breakfast, it will be very useful dessert: strawberries and granola. Fill cook low-fat cottage cheese, whey, juice of apples. Oatmeal, half a banana, strawberries, mix with potting and have breakfast.

Before lunch we do a drink low-fat yogurt, strawberry puree, a little teaspoon of honey.

Lunch: a small slice of ham, honey melon, a sprig of mint, strawberry.

At lunch we do a fruit puree. Orange juice, strawberries and a teaspoon of honey.

A hearty meal with a spicy sauce. Carrot and potato stew in butter, with the addition of water. Then add to the same cauliflower. Make a sauce of roasted flour, butter, milk. Strawberries combine with sauce. Pour vegetables with this sauce. This dish is ideal grain bread.

Menu Strawberry Diet  – Fourth day.

For breakfast you can eat 2 bread wholemeal, smeared with fat free cottage cheese and  strawberries.

Before lunch to prepare a mixture of vitamins. From orange, apple and strawberry mash. Add whey and a teaspoon of honey.

At lunch will crackle with strawberries. Clean cod, sprinkled with lemon juice, pepper, salt, fry. Spread on a plate, add fish to the onion, lettuce and strawberries. Pour sauce made from teaspoon vegetable oil, a tablespoon of water, lemon juice, apple juice, mustard.

At tea time snack of marinated strawberries. Mix, water, honey, lemon juice, strawberries. Pickling about half an hour, then serve with a cool yogurt.
