According to Sophia Loren diet, the main secret of her diet – not to consume too many calories and control the size of servings. Instead of abusing cheese and sour cream sauce, is better to add in spaghetti sauce with low fat content.
The first day.
Breakfast: 170 gr. orange juice, hard-boiled egg.
Lunch: salad of any vegetables with 60 gr. of turkey and low-fat cheese, laid on lettuce leaves.
Dinner: 115 gr. pasta with shrimp, the spinach salad with low calorie dressing.
Dessert: 1 apple.
The second day.
Breakfast: a cup of cereal rough grinding with no fat milk.
Lunch: fruit salad and half a cup of cottage cheese.
Dinner: 115 gr. spaghetti with meatballs of lean turkey, lettuce, mixed with lean dressing.
Dessert: 1 pear.
The third day.
Breakfast: half dried bagel with low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 115 gr. green salad with boiled chicken.
Dinner: 170 gr. lasagna from low-fat cheese, a big salad of various greens with lean dressing.
Dessert: 2 peach.
