Potato diet, like all the other mono diets involve the consumption of one product within a few days. Even a small amount of cooked potato yields rapid feeling of fullness, then this diet really helps to get rid of extra pounds, for a fairly short time after.
Today, nutritionists offer us several options for potato diets that differ only in different amounts of so-called “additive”, ie products that can be used all day long except for potato dishes. Therefore, if you decide to lose weight this way, carefully read several versions of potato diets and choose the most suitable for you.
Potato Diet – 1
This method is difficult, but nevertheless, effective. Using it, you’ll lose up to 500 grams each day.
At breakfast – drink one glass of milk.
For lunch, 300 g of mashed potatoes on the water with a small amount of salt.
At dinner – potato salad – 250 g potatoes, sliced boiled egg. All of this mix. A little – a little salt and pour vegetable oil.
The duration of such a diet version – 3-5 days. During the day you can drink green tea or water without gas.
Potato Diet – 2
Cook a kilogram of potatoes, preferably with no salt, and divide it into 5-6 meals. And there is throughout the day, adding the dill, parsley, lettuce or other greens. For breakfast you can eat a small piece of grain bread with butter. At dinner to diversify your menu with vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots or cabbage. Throughout this diet, which should last for 3-5 days, drink mineral water or green tea.
Potato Diet – 3
Bake 1 kg. boiled potatoes. As in the previous version to divide it into 5-6 pieces and eat with greens dressed with oil. But at the same time for lunch and dinner drink another 2 hard-boiled eggs, boiled meat (up to 50g) and 200 g stewed vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, cabbage). The duration of this course is 5-7 days.
