I thank myself for finding out about this diet and thank anyone who posted this! This diet will be so much better than any other I've ever tried! I have a similar diet now, but just without so much milk. So, I'll just drink more milk:) I guess, in a way, this might also be called the Calcium Diet. OH my god!
