1. Children’s treatment of the day.
The most common mistake of young mothers – this is the wrong mode of the day. While the baby awake, they are giving him all the time and almost forget about yourself. Once a child falls asleep, they run to the refrigerator and try to eat more. This is actually quite harmful. By refusing to dinner, we exposing the organism to stress and forcing it to make stocks in the form of fatty deposits. 2. Breastfeeding.

5. Exercise for mother.

A good exercise for mother is carrying the child in the special bags for children. This exercise makes a posture better and strengthens the back and abdominal muscles. Periodically changing the status of the kid (in the front or rear) you will ensure the burden on different groups of muscles.
6. Mental attitude.
Young mothers must remember about psychological factors. After giving birth a woman may feel depression, a sharp change of mood. At such moments it seems that only something sweet can raise spirits.
