In order to lose weight need to have Healthy eating program. Following this program you can easily control your weight. Healthy eating program is very simple.

7. Bring in your diet spices and spicy vegetables, with the property to burn fat: parsley, dill, mint, garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves. This property has also lemon juice, grapefruit, celery.
8. If you fry food, use water instead of oil. When roasting formed free radicals (contributing to aging). Add butter at the end of fighting or to a finished product. Always use cold pressed oils and do not stop only at any one way: try flaxseed oil, pumpkin seeds, sesame oil.
