Fish diet – is an ideal way to lose weight. In fish contains easily digestible protein that contains amino acids and trace elements that positively affect the whole body. Fish is fully digested in 2-3 hours, which gives a sense of ease and comfort in our stomach.Iodine is vital to the thyroid gland and metabolism throughout the body. Marine fish contains iodine, manganese, zinc and other minerals, which help us remain healthy for a long time.
Fish diet is easy and is pleasant to follow it, because you will not feel hunger, while remaining full of strength and energy.
Fish diet for 10 days:
In the morning drink a glass of water. For breakfast, drink 2 cups of green tea, eat 1 egg, 1 yoghurt or 200 g fat-free yogurt and 1 tablet of ascorbic acid.
At 11 am drink a glass of water after 15 minutes eat 50 grams of boiled fish in order to prepare the stomach to receive food. After 10 minutes eat 150 grams of boiled fish with a garnish of cooked vegetables with spices – pepper, onion, garlic, coriander. And finally you can eat any fruit other than grapes and bananas.
Before dinner, drink 2 cups of water and eat 250 grams of fish or seafood with a side dish of vegetables or salad leaves. Finally 150-200 g fat yogurt or cottage cheese.
At the dinner – the menu is the same as at lunch.
During this diet try to diversify garnish. It can be cooked or raw vegetables such as peppers, cucumbers, cabbage, broccoli and beans.
The fish can be cooked in different ways – boiled, baked or steamed.
And after 10 days you lose those extra pounds, significantly improving health.
Fish diet will help you to feel the lightness throughout the body, good health, good humor, cheerfulness and energy charge.
