Eastern-dietThe Eastern В diet lasts 10 days, eating 5 times a day.

8.00 – a cup of coffee or tea with sugar.

11.00 – egg, 8 pieces of prunes or fresh plums.

14.00 – 200 grams of boiled lean meat (or sausage) and 100 g garnish of cabbage or carrots (preferably fresh), apple or an orange.

17.00 – 30g cheese, orange or apple.

20.00 – a glass of sour milk or yogurt.
