Czech Diet for Slimming

As the name czech diet was developed by Czech nutritionists and it is relatively sparing diet, but nevertheless provides an intensive weight loss. This diet is designed for daily intake of 1200-1300 kcal. The whole daily ration is divided into six meals.

Sample daily menu for the Czech diet.

1 meal (7.30)

Tea or coffee without sugar (or sugar substitute), 1 egg or 50 grams of lean meat, 50 g of cheese, 70 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 50 grams of black bread.

2 meals (10.00)

Apple (can substitute banana, orange or grapefruit).

3 meals (12.30)

100 grams of lean meat (stewed, boiled or grilled), 150g of boiled potatoes or 200 grams of salad with vegetables, mineral water, coffee or tea without sugar (or sugar substitute).

4 meals (15.30)

100 grams of vegetables or fruit.

5 meals (18.00)

100 g of cheese (can substitute 2 eggs or 100 grams of lean meat), 100 g low-fat yogurt, 50 g of black bread.

6 meals (21.00)

50 grams of dietary sausage (can substitute 50 g of cheese, 1 egg and 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese), 1 apple (or orange, tomato, banana – your choice).

In the Czech diet is absolutely ruled out the use of sugar, fat reduced to 10 grams per day.
