Carbohydrate Diet

Carbohydrate diet is one of the most popular diets nowadays.  Carbohydrates – this is an important element of our food, carbohydrate foods is the main provider of vital energy for the body. At the same time carbohydrates are very well assimilated by organism, they burned the body with virtually no residue. That is, they do not contribute to deposition of fat in the body.

Now there is even a special carbohydrate diet, which involves the use of only products that contain carbohydrates. Carbohydrate diet lasts two weeks. During the first week of carbohydrate diet you may lose 5-6 kilograms. The second week is needed to establish the result. If after one week diet you will proceed to a normal diet, then dropped kilos instantly go back.

This diet excludes the consumption of salt, sugar, alcohol, bakery products.

Menu carbohydrate diet for a week:

 

Monday – during the day you can eat 350 grams of baked potatoes and to drink 0.5 liters of lean kefir.

Tuesday - 0.5 liters of lean kefir and 400 grams of lean curds.

Wednesday – 0.5 liters of lean kefir and 400 grams of fruits (apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears ).

Thursday – during the day you need to eat 400 grams of cooked chicken meat and to drink 0.5 liters of lean kefir.

Friday – 0.5 liters of lean kefir and 400 grams of fruits (apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears).

Saturday – all day you need to drink only non-carbonated mineral water. This is necessary to clear the organism and the normalization of metabolism.

Sunday – 0.5 liters of lean kefir and 400 grams of fruits (apples, oranges, grapefruit, pears)
The food should be consumed small portions 5-6 times a day. Dinner should be no later than seven o’clock in the evening. Before you sit down to a diet, I would suggest you arrange your discharge day, nothing to eat, but drink a large quantity of non-carbonated mineral water.

Carbohydrate diet, you can apply for a no more than two times per year. To keep your weight at the same level, you just need to put in your diet a lot of carbohydrates: cereals, pulses, beans, carrots, cabbage, greens, apples, oranges, grapefruit.

This diet is not recommended for people who have cardiovascular disease, ulcers, gastritis. Before you start this diet, I advise you to consult with your doctor.
