Brazilian Diet

Brazilian-dietBrazilian dieticians have developed Brazilian diet that includes multiple meals. With the Brazilian diet you can eat 5-6 times a day. However, the Brazilian diet excludes foods that are able to bring your appetite, including a variety of acute snacks and spices.

Brazilian diet offers a wide selection of dishes and side dishes of vegetables and various herbs. Beans dishes are recommended in limited quantities. If there are beans, bread from the daily ration is excluded.

Monday:
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 cup of orange juice.
Second breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 toast.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of salad of raw vegetables.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled fish. 100 g salad of raw vegetables.
Before bed: 1 cup orange juice 1 small toast.

Tuesday:
Breakfast: - 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of apple juice.
Second breakfast: 1 slice of toasted bread, 1 cup of apple juice.
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 leaves of lettuce.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from boiled fish meat, 1 egg, lettuce, canned green peas.
Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 1 slice of toasted bread.

Wednesday:
Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk
Second breakfast: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: 100 g rice, 150 grams of fresh cabbage salad, green pulp of 1 lemon.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled meat, 1 apple, 4 leaves of lettuce.
Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 pieces of fresh cookies or 1 small toast.

Thursday:
Breakfast: a cup of pineapple juice, 60 g pineapple.
Second breakfast: a cup of pineapple juice, 1 small toast.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled meat, a small piece of cheese. 1 orange.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 grams of salad from shredded fresh carrots with a small amount of mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
Before bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 slice of toasted bread.

Friday:
Breakfast: 1 cup mango juice, 1 small toast.
Second Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 orange.
Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 small boiled carrots.
Dinner: bowl of soup made from vegetables to lean meat, mushroom or fish broth, a small piece of bread. Before bed: 1 cup mango juice, 1 small toast.

Saturday:
Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice, 1 toast. Second breakfast: 150 g salad of boiled grated beets with a small amount of mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
Lunch: a bowl of vegetable soup on the lean, meat, mushroom or fish broth, 1 small piece of bread. Dinner: 100 g fried in vegetable oil or boiled mushrooms, 100 grams of salad from any raw vegetables.
Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 fresh biscuits.

Sunday
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 bunch of grapes
Second breakfast: 1 glass of grape juice, 1 small toast.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled meat, 100 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, green onions and juice of 1 lemon.
Dinner: vegetable dish of mushroom or fish soup, 100 grams of salad from the fruit.
Before going to bed: a cup of grape juice, 1 small bunch of grapes.
