3 tbsp. vegetable oil.<br />
4 sliced green onions feather.<br />

5 tablespoons. tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry.<br />

<p style="text-align: justify;">Boil water in a large saucepan, place the squid and cook in boiling water 3 minutes. Drain.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Heat the oil in a frying pan, add green onions, garlic, ginger and carrot and Passer, with stirring for 2 minutes. Pour in rice wine and simmer 1 more minute. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook until soft. Turn down the fire, put the squid and slightly warm.</p>
