7 Day Diet PlanThis 7 day diet plan is extreme diet. Ration of the 7 day diet plan is diverse and balanced, but dinner is practically abolished. Discharge day.

8.00. A glass of warm water with a slice of lemon.
10.00. A glass of water or pineapple juice.
13.00. A glass of warm water with a slice of lemon, a glass of tomato juice, a cup of green tea.
15.00. A glass of warm water with a slice of lemon.
18.00. A glass of multivitamin or pineapple juice, a cup of green or black tea.
20.00. A glass of warm water with a slice of lemon, a glass of carrot juice.
22.00. A cup of Chamomile tea..

Monday.

Breakfast. 7-8 tablespoons of cereal, a piece of bread with tablespoon of honey.
Second Breakfast. 100 g lettuce, tomato, a piece of bread from wheat flour with cheese, a glass of grape juice.
Lunch. 200 g of chicken or turkey.
Dinner. A glass of low-fat 1% kefir or unsweetened yogurt.

Tuesday.

Breakfast. Fruit salad (oranges, bananas and kiwi), seasoned with unsweetened yogurt and sprinkle with lemon juice, a slice of bread from wheat flour.
Second Breakfast. Sandwich with tuna, 2-3 radishes.
Lunch. 200-300 g boiled beef or veal with vegetables and rice.
Dinner. Compote of fresh fruit or dried fruit.

Wednesday.
Breakfast. Oatmeal with skim milk, half a banana or an apple.
Second Breakfast. Baked potato, sweet red peppers, cheese, small bunch of grapes.
Lunch. Boiled fish with lemon juice, spices and dill.
Dinner. Baked apple.

Thursday.
Breakfast. Oatmeal on the water with prunes and apricots, a glass of orange juice.
Second Breakfast. Half a jar of tuna in its own juice.
Lunch. Spaghetti with cauliflower, lettuce cooked or fresh vegetables.
Dinner. A glass of juice.

Friday.
Breakfast. 7-8 tablespoons of muesli, banana, a glass of orange juice.
Second Breakfast. Fresh or cooked vegetables with vegetable oil.
Lunch. Cod fried.
Dinner. Glass compote or fresh juice.

Saturday.
Breakfast. Several pieces of boiled fish, a slice of bread from wheat flour, egg, hard boiled, and a glass of grapefruit juice.
Second Breakfast. Pasta with green salad of cucumbers, onions and leaf lettuce.
Lunch. 300 g of grilled chicken with vegetables.
Dinner. A glass of kefir or unsweetened yogurt.

Sunday.
Breakfast. 2 sweet biscuits, black coffee without sugar and cream.
Lunch. Fish, stewed with vegetables, tomato.
Dinner. 150 g low-fat cottage cheese, green or black tea without sugar.
