Monday

Breakfast: tea without sugar.
Lunch: pork or other meat on skewers, green salad.
Dinner: whatever you want, only moderately!
Beverages: water only (simple or mineral).
Carrots can be replaced with a tomato and vice versa.
Additionally, the list includes: onions (onion a day), garlic, dill, parsley, lemon juice, honey (1 teaspoon. / Day), green tea, olive oil (1 tablespoon / Day), black bread (one slice day):

4 tomatoes
5 cucumbers
6 zucchini,
7 white cabbage or cauliflower
8 eggplants
9 mushrooms
10 apples.
